Bio · the unfair advantage

Three lenses
almost no one combines.

eAi.OS started as an architecture, not a book. Every analyst report said the same thing (95% of pilots return zero P&L; even the winners move under 5% of EBIT), and the prescriptions kept rotating between "buy this platform" and "hire this consultant." Neither addresses the real failure mode: a missing operating system.

Ganesh is a systems architect who learned AI, not a data scientist who learned enterprise. That order matters. Twenty-two years designing distributed platforms and data infrastructure, including the data foundation for AI adoption at Chubb, one of the world's largest P&C insurers, taught him that any framework that doesn't survive a real promotion gate is theater.

As Principal Architect at Lateetud, he advises Fortune 500 CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Data & AI Officers on platform strategy, multi-agent orchestration, model evaluation, and retrieval and memory architectures. eAi.OS has been adopted as the architectural blueprint across multiple Fortune 500 healthcare, insurance, and financial-services engagements.

He holds an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business, is a Ph.D. candidate in AI at Capitol Technology University, and is TOGAF-certified as a Distinguished Enterprise Architect. The framework on this site is what you implement; the book is the field manual.
